Inscription (Ethereal Ink skill level)

I’ve gotta think this is a bug and I suspect it’s been reported before, though I can’t find it on the forum. At 290 skill, inscriptionists get Scroll of Stamina VI; at 295, they get Scroll of Spirit VI. Both require Ethereal Ink. However, you don’t actually get the skill to make Ethereal Ink until 300. This means that from 295 to 300, everything available to level from is green – because the two orange recipes require an ink you can’t actually make. I realize that most professions get a little odd around that skill level, but this still seems backwards. GB
